Usually looking at short term, quick turning deals whereby the stock or the end debtor are the main security. Lyons will usually structure the transaction in an open book manor and partner with their client either though a clear margin or profit share, all the while with the bigger picture in mind to grow the business at hand with their client or partner. Although being a private entity, Lyons has good relationships with global banks and funds which help ramp up the size of various transactions if the risk and reward is there.
